6 slices of bacon
1/4 cup of bacon drippings liquid
1 can of mini sausages
1 can of green corn, drained
1 cup of grated carrot
1/3 cup of finely chopped onion
2/3 cup of evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
A pinch of salt

Cook the bacon until it's crispy
Drain and chop
Gently fry the sausages, corn, and carrot in the bacon fat for about 5 minutes
Add the evaporated milk and seasonings
Simmer over low heat for 3 minutes
Add the bacon and serve.
