6 cups of coconut milk

1 cup of rice cream
6 cups of coconut milk

1 cup of rice cream
Combine 5 cups of coconut milk with the salt
Add the remaining cup of coconut milk to the rice cream and mix well
Add to the mixture while it's still warm, stirring slowly
Continue cooking over low heat until it thickens and separates from the sides of the pan
Transfer to a greased mold and let cool completely
Unmold and serve.
