3 cups of beef broth (or 3 cubes of beef stock dissolved in 3 cups of boiling water)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon monosodium glutamate
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 pound pork loin, sliced into thin strips
1 small cabbage head, cut into shreds
3 sprigs of celery, sliced into thin slices
3 green onions with the white part cut into thin slices and the green part finely chopped
1 tablespoon butter or margarine

Place beef broth, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, and black pepper in a pot
Bring to a boil, then add pork loin strips and let simmer for 5 minutes
Add shredded cabbage, bring to a boil again, then add celery slices and white part of green onions
Let simmer for 1 minute, then stir in butter or margarine and mix well
If desired, add more soy sauce and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
