1 cup of breadcrumbs

Mix the breadcrumbs with milk (or broth), add the ground beef, eggs, onion, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper
Mix well
Divide the mixture into four greased and floured tins
Place them in a baking dish and fill with hot water to reach 2/3 of the tin's height
Bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for 30 to 40 minutes or until firm
Let cool for 4 portions.
