1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup chopped salami
3/4 cup cooked ham, diced
1/2 teaspoon Kummel (optional)

Using a 6cm cookie cutter, cut out 3 circles from each crepe
Carefully place each one into an empanada mold with a 4cm diameter
Mix together the mozzarella cheese, salami, ham, and Kummel (if using)
Distribute the filling evenly among the molds
Bake in a hot oven (200°C) without covering, for 10-12 minutes
Remove from the molds
Yield: 36 tortinhas.
