2 cups of canned ham (pork or beef), cut into cubes
1 cup of cooked potatoes, cut into cubes
1/2 cup of pickled cucumber, chopped
1/4 cup of salad seasoning (olive oil, vinegar, and salt)
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup of ready-made mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of prepared mustard
Letuce leaves
1 can of anchovies
2 hard-boiled eggs

Combine the ham, potatoes, and cucumber; add the seasoning and mix well to taste
Refrigerate
Before serving, add the mayonnaise mixed with mustard and chopped hard-boiled eggs
Assemble the salad on lettuce leaves and garnish with well-drained anchovies.
