200g ground beef, cut into cubes (lean or pork)
1 chopped onion
1 minced garlic
1 cup diced carrot
1 cup diced zucchini
1 cup cooked green beans, cut into small pieces
1 cup cooked potatoes, cut into small pieces
2 crushed tomatoes without peel and seeds
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
To taste salt

Fry the ground beef in a non-stick pan until browned
Add the onion and garlic and cook until they caramelize
Add the carrot, zucchini, green beans, and potatoes
Stir for 1 minute
Add the crushed tomato, salt, and parsley
Simmer until the meat is tender.
