1/4 cup of olive oil
4 cloves of garlic, minced
150g of fresh chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 cups of uncooked white rice
1/2 cup of red wine
1/2 liter of hot chicken broth
1/4 cup of cold butter, softened
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of olive oil

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over high heat
Add the garlic and sauté for 5 minutes

Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 1 minute
Add the rice and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly
Add the red wine and stir until it evaporates

Continue adding 1/4 cup of hot chicken broth at a time, stirring constantly, until the liquid is absorbed and the rice is cooked
Repeat this process until the rice is al dente

Remove from heat, add the butter and Parmesan cheese, and stir until well combined
If desired, garnish with additional garlic cloves
Serve immediately.
