Cook the cassava root
Blend in a blender with water until it becomes a creamy soup. Reserve
Sauté in a pan with garlic and salt seasoning, the tomato, onion, and bell pepper
All ingredients should be finely chopped
Add the camero beans, sautéing well
Next, pour in the cassava root soup
Stir well
Finally, add the requião, letting the mixture cook until it dissolves
Serve with finely chopped chives on top.
