1 pork loin of 1 kg

Some hours before using it, season the pork loin with the above seasonings
When it's time to cook it, remove the pork loin from the seasonings and pat it dry
Mix together the flour, salt, and black pepper and coat the pork loin until it's fully covered
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and fry the meat very well
When it's nicely browned on all sides, drain off any excess oil and add 1/2 cup of orange juice
Cover the skillet and cook slowly until it's tender
Remove the pork from the skillet and keep it warm
Mix together grated orange peel, sugar, 1 tablespoon of flour, and dissolve with water or orange juice
Heat the mixture in the same skillet where the pork was cooked, stirring constantly until thickened
Pour the glaze over the pork.
