Mix the breadcrumbs with salt and pepper
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil
Beat the egg and milk together
Coat the chicken pieces in this mixture, then roll them in the seasoned breadcrumbs
Place on the prepared baking sheet
Bake at moderate temperature for 1 hour or until the chicken is tender
Serve with a sauce made from 1/4 cup of mustard, 1/4 cup of ketchup, and 1/4 cup of chopped pickles
