Cut the vegetables into large strips and reserve
Cook the onions in the couscousier or pot until they are translucent
Mix the spices, curry powder, black pepper, cardamom, thyme, and cayenne pepper to taste
Bread the chicken breasts with the breadcrumbs and fry them until golden brown
Add 2 liters of water to the couscousier or pot, cover it, and steam for half an hour

In a separate pan, heat two cups of water
Soak the couscous in the hot water, mixing with your hands until the water is absorbed
Season with salt
Repeat the process using more cold water. Reserve

Cut the remaining onion into rings and place it with the vegetables and panko breadcrumbs on top of the chicken
Mix well and let cook for 15 minutes
Add raisins and let cook for another 5 minutes, if necessary
If needed, add more water

Place the couscous in a large bowl and mix with the olive oil
Make a mound, fluff the top, and sprinkle with salt and cinnamon
Place the chicken and vegetables in the middle
Garnish the sides with panko breadcrumbs and raisins
Serve immediately.
