1/2 kg of ground beef or chuck cut into small cubes
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 pinch of pepper
3/4 cup of finely chopped onion
2 teaspoons of salt
2 1/2 cups of cold water
3 small sprigs of rosemary
3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
5 tablespoons of cold water
1/2 kg of ground beef or chuck cut into small cubes

5 tablespoons of cold water
Brown the beef cubes in hot oil seasoned with a pinch of pepper
Add the onion and stir until it's lightly browned
Add salt, 2 1/2 cups of cold water, and rosemary sprigs
Cook slowly for about 1 hour or until the meat is tender
Remove the rosemary sprigs
Add flour dissolved in 5 tablespoons of cold water
Cook until it thickens slightly
Serve with rice, macaroni, or mashed potato
Serve 4 portions.
