2 eggs
2 fresh biologic tablets of baking powder (30 g)
4 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 cup of butter (100 g)
1 tablespoon of salt
1 cup of hot water (240 ml)
4 cups and 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour (500 g)
1 tablespoon of oil (for greasing)

Preheat the oven to 180°C
Grease two 10.5 cm x 24 cm English muffin tins with 1 tablespoon of butter
Set aside
In a blender, beat all the ingredients except for the flour and oil until you get a smooth mixture
Pour into a large bowl and gradually add the all-purpose flour, incorporating well to get a smooth dough
Cover and let it rise until it has doubled in volume (about 1 hour)
Grease a large bowl with oil, place the dough, and rotate it so that the entire surface is greased
Divide the dough into two equal parts and place each half in one of the reserved muffin tins
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until lightly browned (about 40 minutes)
Demold, cut into slices, and serve warm
