Mix well the vinegar, thyme, garlic, salt, and olive oil
Place the chicken fillets and let them rest for about 30 minutes
Heat the skillet to high temperature
Remove the chicken from the marinade and pat dry with paper towels
Bread the two sides of the chicken fillets
Prepare the sauce: blend the remaining marinade in a blender until smooth
Serve with the chicken fillets
