1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
4 tablespoons of olive oil
4 thick slices of cheddar cheese
4 hamburger buns with sesame seeds
2 tablespoons of room temperature butter
8 thin red onion rings
Ketchup and mustard to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Season the beef with salt and paprika
Divide it into four parts and shape into patties
Brush each patty with 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Fry them on a grill, at high heat, for 7 minutes per side
Place a slice of cheese on top of each burger and let it cook for another 4 minutes over medium heat, until melted
Toast the buns and spread butter inside
Assemble each sandwich with 1 patty and 2 red onion rings
Serve with ketchup and mustard
Garnish with fresh parsley
