2 tablespoons of vinegar
5 1/2 cups cooked and sliced potatoes
1 2/3 cup sliced cucumbers
1 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
350g cold or cooked ham, cut into small cubes
1 cup salad seasoning
3/4 cup chopped green pepper
3 tablespoons of chopped onion
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons of vinegar

Drizzle the vinegar over the potatoes while still warm; let it cool
Mix all the ingredients together
Refrigerate for at least an hour.
