Dough: mix the ingredients together to form a dough
Let it rise covered with a cloth for an hour
On a floured surface, divide the dough into four parts
Roll out each part into a rectangle using a rolling pin
Cut strips of dough and set aside
Gently heat the sausages and drain them
Place a cold sausage in the center of each strip of dough and close the ends
