250 g of ground beef
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 clove of garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
1/3 cup grated cheddar cheese or mozzarella
8 squares of puff pastry (or pie crust)
salt and black pepper to taste
250 g of ground beef

Brown the ground beef with onion, oregano, and garlic
Fry well
Season with salt and black pepper to taste
Melt the butter or margarine
Add the flour and mix well
Add the milk gradually, mixing until it thickens
Remove from heat and add the cheese and more black pepper to taste
Mix half of this sauce with the ground beef
Mix well
Place a small amount of filling in the center of each puff pastry square
Fold the two sides to the middle
Seal well
Place seam-side down in a greased baking dish
Bake in a hot oven (220°C) until the pastry is golden brown
Serve with remaining cheese sauce
