1 col. (coffee cup) of yeast in powder form

Beat the eggs and egg white with a fork
Season with salt and pepper
Add the yeast, tomato, green pepper, cheese, and chicken breast, and set aside
In a non-stick skillet greased with a thread of oil, sauté the onion and add the mixture
Let it cook for two sides
If desired, bake the omelette in a lightly greased baking dish at medium heat until golden brown
Serve immediately.
