Trim the ends and strings from the torta peas and put them in a pot with boiling salted water
Let it cook for 1 minute
Drain, cut into pieces, and reserve
Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the onion
Fry until golden brown
Add the shrimp and sauté, stirring constantly
Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice
Add the torta peas, stir, and serve immediately
