Arrange each individual plate as follows: line the plates with arugula or lettuce, and place two banana halves on top
In a circular motion around the plate, arrange the orange slices. Reserve
Mix together the lime juice, ginger, and whipped cream
Spoon small amounts over the plates and sprinkle with chopped nuts
Serve 6 portions.
