2 ripe bananas, mashed

In a bowl, combine the oats, flour, sugar, yeast, baking powder, and cinnamon
In another bowl, whisk together the yogurt, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients
Add the mashed bananas and melted butter

Heat a non-stick skillet with butter over medium heat
Place 1/3 cup of batter in the skillet and cook for 2 minutes
Flip and cook until the bottom is golden brown
Serve with honey, gelato, or ice cream
