Cut the honey in half, remove the seeds and cut 2 centimeters from the pulp
Place the two halves with their backs down on paper towels to drain excess liquid
Prepare the gelatin according to the packaging instructions
Place the still-liquid gelatin into the honey halves and refrigerate until well set
After cutting each honey half into slices, cut the cubes without removing the rind and serve on dessert plates
Garnish with spinach leaves
Serve immediately.
