1 1/2 tablespoon unflavored gelatin, white
1/4 cup water
2 cups natural yogurt
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups heavy cream
For the sauce
250g mixed berries, cut into pieces (seedless and chopped)
1/4 cup vanilla sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoon unflavored gelatin, white
1/4 cup water
2 cups natural yogurt

2 cups heavy cream
For the sauce

Soak the gelatin in a small bowl with water for a few minutes
Place it over low heat and stir until dissolved. Reserve
Whisk together the yogurt, honey, and melted gelatin in a saucepan (do not let it boil) and add the vanilla extract
Remove from heat and whisk
Pour into a 22.5cm diameter mold, greased with butter
Chill in the refrigerator until firm
Prepare the sauce: cook the chosen fruit with sugar and lemon juice over low heat until the fruit breaks down
Remove from heat
Blend in a blender and strain through a sieve
Chill before serving
Unmold the pudding and serve with the cold sauce
