1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 cup of beer
1 tablespoon of salt
3 medium onions, sliced into rings 0.5 cm thick
Vegetable oil for frying
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 cup of beer
1 tablespoon of salt
3 medium onions, sliced into rings 0.5 cm thick
Vegetable oil for frying
In a bowl, mix the flour with the beer and salt until you get a smooth batter
Let it rest at room temperature, covered, for 3 hours
Separate the onion rings and soak them in cold water, refrigerated, for 2 hours
Dip the onion rings into the batter, covering them well
Remove them with a fork to drain excess batter, and fry them, in batches, in hot vegetable oil, for 3 minutes, turning until golden brown
Drain on paper towels and season
Serve 6 portions.
