1 kg of dried and salted shrimp (dried)
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 kg of dried shrimp for grinding
3 large onions, chopped
1 handful of parsley, chopped
1 handful of thyme, chopped
100 g of green peppercorns
1 kg of cooked and mashed potatoes
Milk from 3 moles (mashed)
250 g of chicken flour (bread flour)
Oil for frying

Soak the dried shrimp in water to remove salt for 1 hour
Drain and dry
In a pan with olive oil, combine the shrimp shells, chopped onion, parsley, thyme, and green peppercorns
Cook until the shrimp is tender
Grind all these ingredients together in a meat grinder
Mix in the milk from the moles, cooked potatoes, and blend until smooth
Season to taste
Shape into balls with the mixture
Dip each ball in egg whites and then in chicken flour
Fry in hot oil until golden brown
Serve immediately
