Cut the top off the pineapple
Remove the fruit, being careful not to damage or pierce the skin
Chop the removed fruit and let it drain
Dissolve the cornstarch in 1/2 cup of milk
Heat the remaining milk over low heat
Add the dissolved cornstarch, stirring constantly
Add the egg yolks one at a time, stirring constantly
Combine the crab meat, pineapple, and grated cheese
Let it heat through, stirring until it forms a creamy consistency
Serve by placing the warm creme inside the pineapple shell and serving
Serve with white rice
