Mix all the ingredients except for beef broth
Refrigerate for 1 hour
Shape into meatballs about 2.5 cm and place in a baking dish without touching each other
Bake at moderate temperature (170°C) for 10 minutes, turning halfway to ensure even cooking
Serve with toothpicks or skewers
Add enough beef broth to the baking dish to keep the meatballs warm while serving
