One and a half cups of grated shrimp
one tablespoon tomato extract
150g cream of milk
one-half teaspoon paprika in powder
six tablespoons brandy
30g grated cheese
three tablespoons all-purpose flour
two tablespoons chopped parsley
30g butter or margarine
six tablespoons olive oil
a small onion
salt and pepper

Brown the whole shrimp, peeled and deveined, in a skillet with olive oil, along with the onion and one tablespoon of chopped parsley
Next, flambΓ© the shrimp in brandy and then transfer them to a buttered baking dish
Cover them with the cream of milk mixed with tomato extract and paprika powder
Sprinkle with all-purpose flour, grated cheese, and the rest of the chopped parsley
Top with small pieces of butter or margarine and brown in a hot oven.
