2 tablespoons Marsala wine or dry white wine

Sauté the onion in butter
Dredge the chicken pieces, seasoned with salt and black pepper
When lightly browned, add a cup of chicken broth and simmer until the chicken is tender
Then add the Marsala wine, let it sit for a few minutes, and serve
As a side dish, you can serve steamed peas in butter or mashed potatoes
