1 leg of lamb, 3-4 kg
5 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of salt
1 and 1/2 cups of passionfruit pulp with seeds
1 liter of beef broth
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1/3 cup of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of room temperature butter
2 cups of pitted prunes

Remove the peel and fat
Mash the garlic with salt, make holes in the meat and season with garlic
Rub the garlic all over the meat
Blend the passionfruit pulp with a little beef broth in a blender
Strain it, add the remaining broth, and pour it over the meat
Place it in a hot oven (400°F), preheated, for 1 hour
Flip the meat and bake for another hour
Remove from the oven
Let the broth cool and mix with flour
Heat it up, stirring until thickened
Remove from heat, add butter, and mix well
Add prunes
Serve with slices of lamb
