Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces
Mix the remaining ingredients, except for the bacon
Add the chicken pieces to the mixture
Fry the bacon until crispy
Season the chicken with the sweet and sour mixture
Cook over low heat with the lid on until the sauce reduces and the chicken is tender
