Preheat the oven to 250°C (very hot)
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, except for the pork breast, and reserve
In a medium-sized refrigerator, create a layer with half the pork breast and another with half the sweet and sour sauce
Repeat the process
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven until the pork is tender (around 13 minutes)
Remove and serve immediately
