Preheat the oven to 400°F
Season the fish fillets with salt and lemon juice and arrange them side by side in a 20 cm square baking dish
Set aside
In a small bowl, mash the anchovies and butter together with the help of a fork and spread over the reserved fish fillets
Cover with aluminum foil
Bake the fish fillets in the preheated oven until, when you insert a fork into one end, it flakes apart (approximately 25 minutes)
