1/2 cup of vinegar (120 ml)
2 large onions (300 g), cut into pieces
2 medium red peppers (260 g), cut into pieces
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper sauce
1 medium rabbit (1.5 kg), cleaned, cut into pieces
1 small bunch of onion (290 g) without the thickest stalks, cleaned, washed, and drained

In a blender, beat all ingredients except for the rabbit and onion until smooth
Transfer to a large pan and add the rabbit pieces
Bring to high heat and let it boil
Reduce heat, cover, and cook until the rabbit is tender (about 45 minutes)
Add the onion (reserve some stalks for decoration) and cook until slightly tender (about 1 minute)
Transfer to a serving dish, decorate with the onion, and serve
