1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/3 cup of water
3 tablespoons of chopped parsley

Season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper
Place in a large skillet the olive oil or vegetable oil, garlic, and chicken pieces
Fry over low heat, stirring constantly, for about 40 minutes, until the meat is tender
Mix together the egg, lemon juice, water, and parsley
Add to the skillet, stirring well until thickened
Remove from heat and serve immediately
Serves 3 portions
Note: Chicken fritters can be served only fried in a sauce.
