Soak the pirarucu in cold water for a day before preparing it
Remove from water, remove skin and bones, and cut into pieces
Place oil in a pan with onion, garlic, cilantro, pepper, salt, and tomatoes
Let it fry slightly and add the pirarucu pieces, some water, and potatoes
After a few minutes, add the chayote, washed and sliced
Let it complete cooking and serve immediately
Serve with chilled red wine.
