2 cubes of beef broth
1 cup (or more) of fresh cream
Salt, chopped parsley and grated cheese to taste

Bring a large pot of five liters of water to a boil
When the water is boiling, add the beef cubes and stir until dissolved
Add the spaghetti and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions
Drain and reserve one cup of the cooking liquid
Return the pasta to the pot and add the reserved cooking liquid
Correct the salt and incorporate the cream
Stir vigorously and sprinkle with parsley and grated cheese
Serve immediately.
