Mix Worcestershire sauce with lemon juice and brush the fish
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Dredge in all-purpose flour
Place in a refractory oven-proof dish, greased and floured, and dot with butter or margarine
Bake at very high temperature (260°C)
Roast for about 15 minutes
Serve with lemon wedges or mayonnaise mixed with pickled vegetables
Serve with boiled potatoes
