Chop the parsley and mix with the walnuts
Season the fish inside and out with salt and black pepper
Stuff the fish cavity with the walnut mixture and close it with twine
In a greased oven-safe dish, create a layer of potato wedges and place the fish
Drizzle with oil and bake in a medium-heat oven for 30 minutes
Mix the yogurt with cilantro and season with salt and black pepper
Serve with the fish.
