1 package of frozen cod fillets
2 tablespoons of mustard
3 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1 cup of breadcrumbs
1/2 cup of heavy cream

Mix the mustard with 1 tablespoon of softened butter or margarine and spread over the block of frozen cod fillets
Place in a baking dish and bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes
While that's cooking, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine, add the breadcrumbs and fry until lightly toasted
Spread the heavy cream over the fish and cover with the breadcrumbs
Bake for an additional 5 minutes until the fish is cooked through
Serve in 4 pieces
