1 Preheat the oven to 350°F
Place the ground pork in a bowl and mix with one egg, salt, black pepper, flour, and butter until a homogeneous mass forms
2 Fold in the cooked carrots, hard-boiled egg slices, and crumbled bacon
3 Roll the mixture into a Rocambole shape and transfer to a greased baking dish
Brush the Rocambole with the remaining beaten egg and bake until golden brown.
