Season the beef with salt
Stuff it with carrot and close with a toothpick
Make a pan-fry with olive oil, tomato, and onion and add the beef
Leave for five minutes and add 1/2 cup of water to make sure the beef is well cooked
Serve with sauce and top with parsley and chives
