1/2 cup of raisins
1 3/4 cups of water
1/3 cup of honey
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
2 1/2 tablespoons of mustard
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Red pepper sauce to taste
6 slices of Canadian pork chop, cut 1 cm thick
6 slices of pineapple
1/2 cup of raisins
1 3/4 cups of water

Step 1
In a pot, mix the raisins with water and bring to low heat for ten minutes
Add the honey
Combine the cornstarch, mustard, and salt, stirring constantly until it thickens and comes to a boil
Add the red pepper sauce and set aside
Step 2
Place the pork chops in the oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes or until cooked through but still juicy
Step 3
In the last 15 minutes, remove from the oven and place pineapple slices on top of the pork chops
Baste with the sauce and return to the oven just to warm it up.
