Combine all ingredients except for the milk
Place a little bit of fat in a large, heavy skillet
Let it heat up over medium heat
When the fat is hot enough, spread the mixture evenly across the skillet
The skillet should be hot enough to quickly brown the bottom of the beef mixture in 10-15 minutes
Add the milk and mix well
Cover and cook slowly until dry, about 10 minutes
