Remove the skin from the chicken and season with salt and garlic
In a pan with oil and butter, fry the chicken until golden brown
Reserve 1 cup of water and add a little to the pan, scraping the bottom with a wooden spoon
Continue adding the remaining water as the chicken browns
Add the mustard, English sauce, and curry powder
Simmer with a lid until the chicken is tender
Remove the meat from the pan and strain the broth
You should get 2 cups of liquid
If needed, add more water
Return the pan to the heat and let the liquid simmer
Add the semolina and stir until the liquid is absorbed
Mix with a fork and let it rest for 7 minutes with the heat off and the pan covered
Serve the semolina with chicken pieces
