In a pressure cooker, cook the black beans, pork ribs, and tongue for 20 minutes
Add the fried and seasoned pork belly, adjust the seasoning, and cook for another 20 minutes under pressure. Reserve
For the roasted mustard, heat the lard in a skillet, caramelize the garlic, and add the mustard
Stir-fry quickly and season with salt
Serve the pork belly with the roasted mustard, crunchy pig ears, and cornmeal to taste
