8 catfish fillets (1 500 g)
2 zucchinis cut into slices (200 g)
3 green onions finely chopped
1 medium tomato, seeds removed and diced (100 g)
1 medium green pepper, seeded and diced (150 g)
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt and black pepper to taste
8 catfish fillets (1 500 g)

Arrange the fish pieces in a greased baking dish, intermingling or covering with vegetables
Mix together the water, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper
Pour it over the top
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a moderate oven preheated to 180°C (350°F) for about 25 minutes or until the fish is cooked through
Serve hot.
