1 kg of cleaned crab meat without shells

Sauté the onion and tomatoes in olive oil
Add the crab meat, stirring well and incorporating coconut milk
Let it simmer to reduce slightly
Reserve: beat the egg whites until frothy, add the yolks, whisking well, and set aside
From this mixture, separate 1/3
The remaining 2/3 pour over the crab mixture in a hot pan, allowing it to cook for a bit and then sprinkle with dill weed
Next, remove the pan from the heat and pour the egg mixture into a greased pie dish, alternating layers of potatoes and chopped olives
Cover with 1/3 of the eggs and bake until the eggs set
Then, remove and garnish with tomato wedges and olives
Finally, return to the oven to brown.
